Veeva is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Europe, focused on ensuring the success of our customers utilizing Veeva Safety. As a CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success with Veeva’s Safety (pharmacovigilance) products and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with customers, developing relationships, and working cross-functionally to improve the overall customer. Support 4-6 large, global pharmacovigilance customers post-implementation with Veeva Safety applications Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and identify additional value opportunities Provide strategic guidance to customers on best practices for Veeva Safety, helping them streamline their processes and achieve their business goals 7+ years working in life sciences, software, or consulting ~ Strong knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance processes and regulations ~ Customer-facing consulting experience ~ Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU.
