We aim to continue building our truly inclusive culture - come and join us.As a Business Development, Technical Sales Manager, you will:ResponsibilitiesPerform product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives.New Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the defense and aerospace markets.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including defense contractors, government agencies, and commercial defense/aerospace customers. Build long-term partnerships by understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.Partner with field and enterprise sales within the company and Channel partners to collaboratively develop and proactively execute strategies that drive product and service revenue as part of an overall account strategy.Effectively contribute to all stages of the sales process.Facilitate communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies.Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services.Participate in industry shows and conventions.Create and lead advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services. Identify Multiverse Computing's advantages and position Multiverse Computing’s products and services as superior to competitive offerings.Coordinate and organize technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc.Work with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.Provide client feedback to product development and marketing staff.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field required.2+ years for Business development representative, in the defense sector with a proven track record of success.Achieve or exceed required sales quota.The position requires a self-starter that operates with a minimum level of oversight to personally execute and achieve the Sales Team's goals in the Aerospace & Defense sector.Strong personal networking skills with exposure to executive and leadership levels in Aerospace and Defense companies.Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM, etc.).Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.Fluent in English and Spanish.Travel: up to 50%.Preferred QualificationsCombination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA.Perks & BenefitsIndefinite contract.Equal pay guaranteed.Variable performance bonus.Signing bonus.We offer work visa sponsorship (if applicable).Relocation package (if applicable).Private health insurance.Eligibility for educational budget according to internal policy.Hybrid opportunity.Flexible working hours.Language classes and discounted lunch options.Working in a high-paced environment, working on cutting-edge technologies.Career plan.
