Estamos buscando un Account Executive para unirse a nuestro equipo.La persona ideal tendrá experiencia probada en la construcción de relaciones existentes, eliminando las amenazas de la competencia dentro de nuestra base de clientes, y asegurando la satisfacción del cliente dentro de sus cuentas.Será un miembro proactivo y curioso dentro de nuestro creciente equipo de ventas, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento para los clientes antes de que ellos mismos identifiquen una necesidad o una carencia. Este nivel de previsión y análisis meticuloso es lo que llevará a nuestra empresa con confianza hacia el futuro.Será responsable del proceso de cualificación de cualquier consulta sobre nuestros productos de software.Construirá y mantendrá relaciones duraderas con posibles clientes y socios.Junto con los posibles clientes, analizarás sus necesidades y el proceso de adquisición.Mostrarás las ventajas de nuestras soluciones en comparación con la competencia mediante la realización de demostraciones de productos.Te encargarás de un pipeline de oportunidades para convertirlas en clientes.Que buscamos?:Experiencia mínima: 1-2 años en ventas/desarrollo de negocio, preferiblemente comercialización servicios de software/tecnológicos.Habilidades de venta consultiva, discovery y negociación con la capacidad de hacer coincidir las necesidades del cliente con el valor de nuestro producto.Destreza en el uso de HubSpot y otras herramientas de venta.Automotivado, orientado al éxito y dispuesto a colaborar en un entorno de equipo.Creativo, auto disciplinado y apasionado por lo que hace y para quién lo hace.Habilidades sociales y pasión por las ventas.Actitud proactiva, creativa y independencia a la hora de desempeñar sus funciones.Le gustan los cambios, pero es muy organizado, optimista y fácilmente coacheable.Afinidad por el ecosistema start-up, el mundo de la salud y tecnología.Idiomas: Español (nativo) e inglés (capacidades profesionales).Qué ofrecemos?:Trabajar en un proyecto disruptivo, con una inmensa capacidad de crecimiento.Contrato fijo con remuneración tanto fija como variable orientada a resultados.Posibilidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional, somos una startup y aprenderás de todas las áreas y de profesionales referencia en el sector.Horario flexible y autonomía.
