Empresa líder en tecnología financiera, especializada en transacciones de cuenta a cuenta a través de sistemas de compensación, con headquarters ubicados en Europa, busca incorporar en su departamento comercial a un/a Account Executive basado en Madrid.
Tendrá como misión principal aumentar la base de clientes y el éxito general de la empresa a través de la gestión integral del proceso de ventas de sus servicios financieros.
Funciones
Gestionar el proceso de ventas end-to-end, desde la prospección y generación de leads hasta la negociación y el cierre de acuerdos.Identificar y captar clientes potenciales en el sector B2B, mediante herramientas de networking, redes sociales y la participación en eventos clave de la industria.Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas.Comunicar eficazmente a los clientes el valor de las soluciones fintech de la compañía.Administrar los pipelines a través de herramientas de CRM para garantizar seguimientos puntuales y pronósticos precisos.Analizar el mercado, las tendencias de la industria, la competencia y los cambios del entorno para detectar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.Informar periódicamente al CRO sobre el progreso de las ventas, los retos y el feedback de los clientes.
Requisitos
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en venta consultiva de servicios (preferiblemente servicios fintech).Experiencia gestionando proceso de ventas end-to-end.Inglés (nivel alto), valorable otros idiomas.Habilidades comunicativas y de negociación.
