Wij zijn op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Customer Service Advisors voor de Specsavers klantenservice in ons kantoor in Malaga Als je graag dagelijks anderen helpt, telefonisch sterk bent en handig in het gebruik van de computer als onderdeel van je werk, dan hebben wij een boeiende baan voor jou. Dit in een energieke en leuke werkomgeving, omringd door toegewijde en deskundige collega's. In de rol van Customer Service Advisor behandel je vooral inkomende en uitgaande telefoongesprekken en daarnaast ook via Live Chat en e-mail met bestaande klanten. Je helpt de klant met vragen over bestellingen, producten en aanbiedingen en doet dit met een focus op goede service en een vriendelijke benadering, om zo de door Specsavers gestelde doelen te behalen. Een groot deel van je taken bestaat uit het ervoor zorgen dat de klant een service van wereldklasse krijgt. Je werkt vanuit ons nieuwe ruime kantoor in het zonnige Benalmádena-Málaga waar je deel gaat uitmaken van de Webhelp familie, waar collegialiteit, ontwikkeling en aandacht voor diversiteit hoog in het vaandel staan.
Tareas:- Je beantwoordt vragen en help eCommerce klanten via telefoon, Live Chat en e-mail met betrekking tot online bestellingen en betalingen.
- Je behandelt telefoontjes die door de winkels worden doorgeschakeld en registreert deze correct via het ticketsysteem.
- Jouw "number 1 focus" is het bieden van de beste customer service inclusief een focus op voortdurende verbetering van de klanttevredenheid.
- Je volgt de voorgeschreven procedures die voor en binnen het project zijn gecreëerd.
- Mogelijkheid om in de toekomst vragen via Social Media te behandelen.
- Teamwork, snel en adequaat communiceren via de verschillende communicatiekanalen.
- Gestelde targets bereiken.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en kunt een opleiding in het Engels volgen.
- Je bent punctueel.
- Je hebt ervaring met computer- en CRM systemen en bent in staat om hier gelijktijdig mee te werken.
- Je bent proactief in het ontwikkelen van je kennis van de diensten, procedures en de producten van Specsavers.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk, hebt geduld en kunt ontevreden klanten op een professionele en positieve manier verder helpen.
- Je staat open voor een constant veranderende werkomgeving.
- Volledig Spaans contract met alle voordelen en inschrijving in de Spaanse gezondheidszorg vanaf de dag dat je begint te werken.

- Vast dienstverband vanaf dag 1.
- Betaalde opleiding.
- Betaalde vakantie (4 weken + 4 dagen / kalenderjaar).

- Werktijden: maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:00 - 18:00, zaterdag van 09:00 tot 17:00 (twee vrije weekenden per maand).
