Key Responsibilities for the Sales Team Leader Role
  1. Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.
  8. Organize regular team meetings and sales training sessions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Sales Team Leader
  1. Previous experience in a sales leadership role.
  2. Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English.
  3. At least 1 year of experience in sales operations/Team Leading (ideally B2B), managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. At least 3 years of professional experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Result-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
