OTIS, líder a nivel nacional y mundial del sector de la elevación, está contratando un SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST en MADRID:Como Sales Support Specialist (Renovation Business), tus funciones serán:
- Soporte a la red comercial para consecución de los objetivos de venta en renovación, en el uso de herramientas comerciales y formación.
- Soporte en el seguimiento y análisis de datos (resultados / KPI de la red comercial y otros), y presentación de los mismos.
- Soporte técnico al equipo de KAM en la preparación y presentación de planificaciones de inversión para la renovación de la cartera de cuentas estratégicas.
- Seguimiento y soporte en proyectos especiales de renovación.
- Trabajar en la implementación de las estrategias comerciales de renovación.
- Trabajar en la mejora de procesos y herramientas para aumentar la eficiencia de la red comercial.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
- Experiencia: técnico comercial sector ascensores, preferiblemente en postventa/renovación.
- Competencias: enfoque comercial, del negocio y centrado en el cliente, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, visión transversal de las diferentes áreas de la organización del negocio. Enfoque técnico para identificar oportunidades de negocio según características técnicas de la cartera y soluciones técnicas aplicables.
- Iniciativa para implementar cambios y transformación.
- Herramientas: elog (configurador producto), CRM, Office 365.
- Titulación universitaria preferiblemente Ingenierías.
- Idiomas: nivel medio-alto inglés.
