HelloAt Factorial we're looking for a newJunior Onboarding Specialist for the Portuguese Marketto help us boost the company to the next level Ready to be part of the challenge?The Role We are looking for aJunior Onboarding Specialist for the Portuguese Marketto join our team and act as the first point of contact for our customers and help Factorial growin the Portuguese Market.As part of the Onboarding Specialist team, you will be responsible foronboarding new clients, ensuring our clientsuse the platform to its fullest, and gatheringcustomers' feedback. One of your greatest challenges will be tomake sureour product can befully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectlyadapt to the client, understand their processes and problems and detect possibleimprovementsand opportunities in theproduct. What will you be doing: Onboard our new Portuguese customers by assisting them via video call and e-mail until Factorial is fully implemented in their organization. Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts. Understand our client's problems and needs and gather their feedback. Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market. Your ProfileProactivity: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on the software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution A proficient level of Portuguese is required Fluent English Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner or experience in Client Success is a plus.
