Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct in‑depth market research to understand the ocean freight landscape, identifying potential customers, competitors, and opportunities for expansion. Develop and implement a robust business development strategy tailored to the ocean freight sector. Set clear targets, provide ongoing training, and foster a culture of success and continuous improvement. Client Acquisition and Retention: Drive the acquisition of new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing ones. Industry Networking: Represent Skypace at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing a strong professional network and enhancing the company's visibility and reputation in the ocean freight sector. Proven experience in business development within the global freight forwarding industry, with a strong focus on ocean freight export/import.
