En About your talent, estamos ayudando a nuestros cliente, una empresa líder de packaging, a encontrar un KAM para gestionar y ampliar la cartera de clientes a nivel nacional como parte de su estrategia de expansión. Será responsable de una cartera de clientes, prospección de mercado y seguimiento de necesidades de los clientes a nivel Nacional.Principales funciones:Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes clave, asegurando su satisfacción y fidelidad.Identificar y captar nuevos clientes potenciales en la región asignada.Realizar visitas periódicas a los clientes para mantener y fortalecer las relaciones, presentar soluciones personalizadas y asegurar un servicio excepcional.Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y comercial sobre nuestros productos y soluciones de embalaje.Elaborar y presentar ofertas comerciales, negociar contratos y cerrar ventas.Colaborar estrechamente con la oficina técnica y el equipo comercial para implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas.Realizar seguimiento de las ventas y reportar el progreso al Director de Ventas.Monitorear y analizar las tendencias del mercado, la competencia y el rendimiento de las cuentas, proporcionando informes y recomendaciones al equipo de dirección.Principales requisitos:Experiencia mínima de 3 años en ventas B2B, cualquier sector.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y orientada a resultados.Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente por la zona.Salario competitivo.Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y formación continua.Vehículo de empresa y herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para el desempeño del puesto.Un ambiente de trabajo dinámico e internacional.
