Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service management role.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and customer service metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective customer communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor customer service metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train new customer service staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive customer service.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for customer service team members.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
