Funciones

  1. Trámite administrativo de la gestión de la plantilla
  2. Trámites con la tesorería general de la seguridad social, SEPE y agencia tributaria
  3. Proporcionar asistencia y resolver dudas de los empleados sobre sus nóminas, pagos, deducciones y beneficios
  4. Administrar y procesar los beneficios de los empleados
  5. Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de Recursos Humanos y Finanzas
  6. Control de personal (informar a la SS de altas de empresas y empleados, bajas...)
  7. Formalización de contratos, anexos contractuales, cartas formales, etc…

Requisitos mínimos

  1. Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similar
  2. Entre 1-3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar
  3. Conocimientos/manejo del programa A3NOM
  4. Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, Siltra y Ficheros de Seguridad Social
  5. Excelente capacidad de organización y comunicación
  6. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
