Position: Office & Operations Manager
Reports to: General Manager MESI Iberia
Location: Madrid

As an Office & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our local office. Your strong communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the future of healthcare.
Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage daily office operations, including handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the schedule and arrange meetings for the General Manager.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Manage logistics for orders and internal and external events, such as team meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Handle sales orders and follow up on payments.
- Organize travel, purchase tickets, and book hotels.
- Control travel expenses, tickets, invoices, etc.
- Manage and monitor employee payroll processes with an external company.
- Implement all the necessary processes required by headquarters.
- Professionally use ERP and CRM systems and train other users.
- Previous experience of 5 to 10 years in administrative or office management roles, preferably in a startup or similar business environment.
- Experience in payroll, human resources, and accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a respectful manner.
- High level of English.
- User-level of office tools and software, including Microsoft Office and email management systems.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment.
- A non-confrontational personality who strives to solve problems and can work in a multitasking environment.
- Effective stress management capabilities.
