Your Role as a Customer Advisor:

  • Represent a worldwide brand;
  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms;
  • Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;
  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

What do you need to have:

  • At least C2 of Spanish;
  • Experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary as you will receive training);
  • EU passport, residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
