We are looking for an Spanish speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist customers for our client in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.What you'll do:Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone4 weeks of paid training when you start the positionTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or servicesEscalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessaryMaintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutionsRequirementsSpanish Language: C2 level (written and spoken).English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).Relocate to Athens, GreeceStrong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries1 to 2 years experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not requiredBenefits€1045 base salary with a 10% monthly performance bonusRelocation packageto for Greece (we cover your flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, assistance in finding an apartment )Competitive monthly salary + 2 extra salaries per yearHealth insuranceOpportunity to work in a global environment with a leading brandRelocation assistance to help you settle into AthensIce cream and pizza day in the office
