The primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our Dutch or French speaking clientele.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.What You'll DoRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems and provide appropriate guidance or escalate to the relevant department if necessary.Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer concerns.Handle customer complaints with empathy and sensitivity, aiming to achieve a resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company.What You'll BringFluency in Dutch and/or French and in English, written and spoken, is essential.Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent service while maintaining a positive attitude.Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
