Job DescriptionOVERVIEW: This is an exciting opportunity to join our global sales team for Managed Trading Services as a Product Sales Support Specialist. You will be part of an international team, supporting our sales directors and serving as a key connection point between operations, billing, accounting, legal, and other internal departments for daily administrative and operational processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented, reliable individual eager to excel in every task. Our international environment, broad selection of tech products and services, and high variety of day-to-day activities make this position diverse and challenging.
THE CHALLENGE: 360° support of our commercial team. You will:Assist our team on all stages of the sales funnel, focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system.Support the team in the workflow of contract preparation, legal approval, and signature process.Work closely with our billing team by curating the billing process for active clients.Use multiple internal tools (Salesforce, QlickSense, Confluence, JIRA, MS Suite) in your day-to-day tasks.Inter-team work and communication. You can expect:Day-to-day communication with our global sales team.Cooperation and communication with multiple teams, working together on various post-sale processes.YOUR PROFILE: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and strive to get things right.Well-organized and structured approach to tasks.Strong drive for results and deadline-focus.An "I'll get-it-done" and "there's no problem without a solution" attitude.Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.It's also great if you are: Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred.Coming with experience in a similar role.Passionate and interested in sports, betting/gambling.Knowledgeable in advertising technology.Speaking any additional language (Spanish/Portuguese).OUR OFFER: Be part of one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies in the world at the intersection of sports, betting, and advertising.International, multi-cultural team, and an opportunity to collaborate and support colleagues from all over the world.A challenging but rewarding and fun environment.Hybrid working model, combining home office and work from the office.Company perks and benefits.The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with overpayment considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
