Our products are clinically proven, patent-protected, and currently commercialized in over 70 countries through strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.Driven by science and innovation, Devicare combines strong clinical evidence with a global business vision to deliver meaningful solutions that improve patients’ quality of life.Role MissionTo lead and scale Devicare’s global B2B business, defining and executing the commercial strategy, driving new growth opportunities, and managing a team of junior Business Development Managers.Reporting LineThis position reports directly to the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the international B2B Business Development strategy.Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of two junior Business Development Managers.Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and strategic partners in existing and new territories.Travel regularly to visit current partners and prospect new business opportunities internationally.Negotiate complex, high-impact commercial agreements.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development teams to ensure strategic alignment.Conduct market, competitive, and trend analyses across the health, pharma, nutraceutical, and dermocosmetic sectors.Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to drive sustainable growth.Manage and grow existing business while identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.5–7+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, preferably in health, pharma, medical devices, dermocosmetics, or dietary supplements.Proven experience leading and developing teams.Strong strategic thinking, results-oriented mindset, and excellent negotiation skills.Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar).Willingness to travel frequently internationally.What Devicare OffersA strategic leadership role with direct impact on the company’s global growth.The opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-growing company with a strong scientific foundation.Competitive compensation package, including a performance-based variable component.Flexibility and a collaborative, high-quality working environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
