Hamelin Agency | Head of New Business Misión del puesto: Ser la persona responsable de generar nuevo negocio de forma recurrente para Hamelin Agency con foco en cerrar acuerdos y hacer crecer la facturación. No buscamos a alguien que “acompañe procesos” ya abiertos o que atienda a clientes actuales. Buscamos a alguien que abra conversaciones con grandes cuentas, lidere la venta y tenga capacidad para cerrarla . ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Generar new business de principio a fin (prospectar, contactar, presentar y cerrar). Detectar oportunidades comerciales con marcas (B2B). Cualificar leads y decidir a cuáles sí y a cuáles no (venta inteligente). Liderar reuniones comerciales y presentaciones de venta. Preparar y defender propuestas (con apoyo del equipo interno). Negociar condiciones y cerrar acuerdos. Hacer seguimiento activo hasta firma. Alimentar el pipeline comercial y reportar resultados. Coord el traspaso al equipo cuentas una vez cerrada la venta.
