El puesto:
- Contacto diario con los clientes actuales.
- Establecer y ampliar relaciones con ejecutivos clave y responsables de la toma de decisiones dentro de cada cliente y territorio.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones consultivas excepcionales con los clientes existentes.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los Directores de Desarrollo Comercial asignados para desarrollar un plan general de cuentas territoriales que maximice las oportunidades y genere actividad de ventas con clientes y socios.
- Desarrollar y mantener las relaciones con los clientes y socios existentes mediante una actividad proactiva de televenta.
- Gestionar la creación de presupuestos, la tramitación de pedidos y las solicitudes diarias de clientes y socios.
- Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento de las principales tendencias del sector a través de la formación continua con editores de software.
- Actuar como recurso clave para las principales ofertas de licencias por volumen del sector.
Que esperamos de tí:
- De 1 a 3 años de experiencia administrativa.
- Preferible experiencia en atención al cliente.
- Alta motivación y orientación a resultados; espíritu emprendedor.
- Orientación al detalle y capacidad para dividir los proyectos en tareas más pequeñas.
- Conocimientos generales de soluciones tecnológicas.
- Conocimientos de: políticas y procedimientos operativos; atención al cliente y desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
- Capacidad para: analizar datos, identificar tendencias y elaborar recomendaciones de mejora; trabajar de forma independiente y mostrar iniciativa; mantener una actitud positiva; gestionar grandes volúmenes de trabajo y cumplir plazos ajustados; adaptarse y aceptar cambios en un entorno en rápida evolución; mantener y promover buenas relaciones con los clientes, mantener la confidencialidad de la información sensible.
- Capacidad para: establecer relaciones, comunicarse verbalmente y por escrito, resolver problemas, buscar información sobre clientes y productos, planificar, programar y organizar el trabajo, realizar varias tareas a la vez y gestionar el tiempo.
