Tu función En la actualidad, Kuehne + Nagel selecciona un/a profesional para desempeñar las tareas de IT Help Desk para sus oficinas ubicadas en Madrid. En dependencia del/de la director/a del de departamento, deberá hacerse cargo de la instalación y mantenimiento de los equipos y redes, en cumplimiento de los acuerdos definidos con el /los cliente/s. Tus responsabilidades Soporte informático a los usuarios y primer nivel de gestión de incidencias.Instalación y puesta en marcha de equipos informáticos.Gestión y mantenimiento de hardware, software y sistemas operativos y de impresión.Implantación de la estructura de red y comunicaciones en oficinas y almacenes.Configuración del entorno de red y del sistema de telefonía.Mantenimiento de los servidores de red informática.Asumir y promover los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y de Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo concerniente a la posición deHelp Desk. Tus habilidades y experencias Formación académica en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos.Más de un año de experiencia profesional en funciones de soporte informático o helpdesk.Inglésfluido.Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y atención al cliente.Vocación por el sector de la Informática y las Tecnologías de la Información.
