As a Customer Experience Specialist in Neuromodulation and Pain Management for Medtronic, you will be responsible for developing and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience. This role is part of the International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team.

A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting field activities, including customer dinners and presentations, or any other targeted support requests.
- Developing strategy for local events, including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs (including sponsored and non-sponsored customer events).
- Localizing marketing programs (including product launches) through partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g., sales, health economics, etc.).
- Analyzing voice-of-customer data, monitoring customer loyalty, driving new engagement opportunities, and identifying and supporting customer advocates.
- Assisting in the quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting.
- Ensuring the field and inside sales team are well equipped to execute marketing tactics.
- Managing competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicating current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization.
About the Role
This position requires a degree in a relevant functional area (product marketing) and equivalent years of experience. You must have the ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives. Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations is also necessary. Additionally, you should have strong project management skills, organized and detailed oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a flexible working environment, annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results, pension scheme, group discount on healthcare insurance, training possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills Lab, Employee Assistance Program, and Recognize (our global recognition program).
