Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Process Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Program Management team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our EMEA Stores TA organization's recruitment processes.
About the Role:
This role focuses on optimizing recruitment workflows, enhancing process efficiency, and implementing data-driven strategies to achieve best-in-class hiring outcomes. You will work closely with Recruitment, PXT and Onboarding partner teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive recruitment process excellence program, including the establishment of key performance indicators, process mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment workflows and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Identify defects and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive the creation of role-based Standard Work practices and quality initiatives specific to the needs of the business teams and regions to meet and exceed TA goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to map out existing recruitment workflows and design streamlined, efficient processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, or PMP
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices related to hiring and talent acquisition
