Your role as a member of our sales leadership team will involve building and driving regional major account sales teams to exceed company objectives. You will be responsible for creating a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy. Additionally, you will mentor and develop your team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals. This includes tracking sales activity, providing sales projections, and creating and analyzing metrics. You will be motivated by empowering our clients to meet their cybersecurity needs and driven by a passion for solutions selling. You will thrive on addressing the critical challenges our clients face in digital transactions.
