About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our Operations team at Telemedicine Clinic. As a Client Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our teleradiology service, working closely with hospital staff and radiologists to process radiological examinations and manage administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with hospital staff to discuss incoming cases and ensure data is complete and accurate.
  • Handle calls between hospital staff and TMC radiologists to facilitate communication and resolve any issues.
  • Manage certain statistics, provide support with audits, and deal with cases, including data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports.
  • Control the cases in the system to ensure they are processed within turnaround times.
Requirements
  • Native level of Swedish and/or Danish, and fluency in English.
  • Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a requirement.
