Holiday Sales Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Holiday Sales Optimisation Specialist to join our Dynamic Packages Team in the Marketplace Area. This role will focus on driving flight+hotel sales and enhancing funnel performance from search to check-out, concentrating on conversion rate, product offering, and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse sales and funnel data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Investigate and resolve issues affecting bounce rate and conversion
- Collaborate with Supply Teams to deliver market-leading holiday offers and optimise product inventory
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify gaps and opportunities
- Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion and offer breadth
As a Holiday Sales Optimisation Specialist, you will work closely with Customer Acquisition Channels and Supply Teams to drive business growth. Your expertise in sales analysis, supply chain optimisation, and market intelligence will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
