Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving growth in the German speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert business leads into sales opportunities and nurture long-term prospects for the German speaking market.
  • Engage with and develop prospects via different channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Document, track, and monitor leads and activities in our internal tools.
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to executive-level decision-makers to qualify sales opportunities.
  • Learn everything about EQS's range of solutions and match them with potential clients' pains and challenges.

Requirements

  • Self-driven individual with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong team player attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to inspire trust and enthusiasm in our solutions.
  • Resilient go-getter, who stays motivated to keep pushing forward, to achieve goals.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and German.
  • Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of successful experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the software as a service (SaaS) industry.
  • Proficiency in understanding and working towards KPIs.
