The Role

We are seeking a skilled Loyalty and Rewards Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our loyalty and rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute loyalty and rewards programs that drive customer engagement and increase customer lifetime value
  • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify opportunities for enhancing loyalty and developing personalized rewards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience and loyalty initiatives
