About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager Media Iberia to join our team at Mattel España. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the Iberia digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate digital media campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital media strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.
