Salute, a global leader in delivering Data Center services, is seeking a seasoned Data Center Engineer with extensive Electrical/Mechanical skills to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Chief Engineer to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of planned maintenance, meeting all standards and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all SLAs towards customers, ensuring 100% uptime, and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage SLAs and Uptime: Ensure 100% uptime for temperature, humidity, power, PUE/WUE, and other critical systems.
  2. Planned Maintenance: Responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of planned maintenance, meeting all standards and procedures.
  3. Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and ensure that all work is done in accordance with approved Method of Procedure.
  4. Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, critical situations, and emergencies in a timely and proper manner.
  5. Quality and Efficiency: Take initiative to ensure that quality and efficiency standards are raised for all equipment in the data center.

  • Extensive Electrical/Mechanical skills
  • Experience in data center operations and maintenance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
