Job Title: Key Account Manager

At Adam, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales department. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating the creation of alliances with partners and attracting new business opportunities with new customers in the territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements in various sectors and translate them into sales plans aligned with our service portfolio and market focus.
  • Build new business by acquiring partners, new customers, and market opportunities.
  • Prospect and create new opportunities.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities from partners, suppliers, and existing customers.
  • Establish effective relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Provide necessary resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the portfolio of assigned partners and customers, ensuring turnover and exercising specific commercial actions aimed at growth.
  • Develop concrete action plans to achieve assigned annual objectives.
  • Provide a strategic vision of our products, directing Adam's offer to markets with the greatest opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of strategic evaluation of Adam's business against the competition.
  • Analyze the market for Data Center, IaaS, and Connectivity services globally and in specific regions of influence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an account executive role, with an understanding of our industry and products.
  • Proven experience in generating and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Able to demonstrate a strong track record of performance.
  • Results-oriented approach with self-motivation to work independently and credibility to manage potential customer expectations.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with task prioritization capabilities.
  • Good technical knowledge of the data centre industry, IaaS services, and connectivity.
