Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Data Center projects globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering modular Data Center solutions to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver Data Center projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by applying SE Quality standards and optimizing business performance.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, including customers, Schneider entities, and factories.
  • Motivate and direct teams to execute project plans and follow Schneider Electric CPP (Customer Project Processes) methodology.
  • Closely control project budget and ensure adherence to targeted margin objectives.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, and own the resolution of any impediments.
  • Work with internal and external factories to integrate solutions and with all functions involved in the solution across Schneider-Electric.
  • Build trust and consensus for effective project collaboration and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exercise project discipline and define the Project Management Plan at the beginning of each project.
  • Coordinate all support activities to meet new product contract deliverables.
  • Analyze, anticipate, quantify, and mitigate risks, and maintain a risk register to coordinate, record, and manage potential issues.
  • Report project status to all stakeholders and communicate changes in project scope to departmental and cross-functional teams.
  • Be responsible for project metrics for schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and improve new product development processes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Technical or Industrial field, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
  • PMP Certification desired.
  • 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with 2 years of experience in the Data Center segment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • English full professional competency.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and different time zones.
