About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Project Director to join our team at JLL. As a Data Center Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex data center projects from inception to completion. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and requirements, and developing and implementing project plans to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data center projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans to deliver high-quality results
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering with specialty in electrical and/or mechanical installations
  • At least 10 years of experience in design and construction management of Critical Infrastructures like Hospitals or Data Centers
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
