Chief Data Center Facilities Manager

Are you a seasoned data center professional with extensive electrical and mechanical expertise? Salute, a global leader in delivering data center services, is seeking a highly skilled Chief Data Center Facilities Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of planned maintenance, meeting all standards and procedures, by leveraging competent contractor/vendor resources with attention to quality.
- Manage all SLAs towards customers, ensuring 100% uptime for temperature, humidity, power, PUE/WUE, and related services.
- Plan and implement customer-requested work in a timely manner, keeping the Manager of Operations informed on all planned and corrective work occurring in the data center.
- Organize all testing of mission-critical equipment on site and ensure that all work being done by contractors/vendors is logged in systems.
- Respond to alarms, critical situations, and emergencies in a proper and timely manner, communicating clearly and in accordance with the emergency response plan.
- Extensive electrical and mechanical expertise, with a focus on data center equipment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
