Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hematology/Oncology Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services.
  2. Make outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visits.
  3. Administrative tasks include keeping CRM systems current, following up with physicians, and reporting results to internal leadership and team members.
  4. Collect and communicate physicians' offices' feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teams.
  5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physicians.
  6. Support business development efforts by initiating relations with healthcare enterprises.
  7. Coordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments.
  8. Analyze the territory/market's potential and status reports.

Candidate Requirements

  1. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies and/or CRO.
  3. An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
  4. Understanding of clinical trials and patient referral processes.
  5. Ability to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's offices.
  6. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  7. Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  9. Reside in Southern Spain.
