Job Summary

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the local brand strategy, partnering with Medical Affairs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the local brand strategy, including competitive analysis and customer-focused messaging.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to build and align on the local brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement promotional activities and external stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Analyze brand performance drivers and barriers, proposing actions to address opportunities or risks.
  • Develop and manage the local promotional budget, ensuring ethical and compliance standards are maintained.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preference for science background.
  • Post-graduate background (MBA, Master in Commercial/Marketing Management, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
  • 8-10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally to relevant conferences and events 15%.
