Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Marketing team in developing growth marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing scalable growth strategies, experimenting with new tactics, and optimizing existing channels. This role reports directly to the CMO and requires strong analytical skills, channel expertise, and a growth hacking mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting their professional development.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a testing framework for rapid experimentation, including A/B tests and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product development.
  • Design and develop strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or Tableau.
  • Deep understanding of key growth channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience running A/B tests, multi-variant tests, and conversion optimization experiments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and present data-backed recommendations.
