The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Product Manager- Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI product strategy and execution in Vehicle Claims. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of AI-driven products. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for AI products in Vehicle claims, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI or related technologies.
