Job Overview

As a Performance Media Buyer, you will develop marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our subscription products across various verticals and geos. You will create, monitor, and optimize campaigns for our portfolio of products with a focus on escalation and positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities
  • Media buying on Google Ads (GDN, Performance MAX & Search) and programmatic DSPs (DV360, Smadex, Taboola) to reach Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) goals.
  • Setup, manage, and optimize campaigns using internal tools, systems, and processes.
  • Daily spend/revenue monitoring, A/B testing, and analyzing market insights and client data.
  • Close interaction with marketing, operation, and business intelligence teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a media buyer in Google Ads and other programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets.
  • Perfect knowledge of performance-based pricing models (CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC, etc.).
  • Experience managing Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager or similar tagging tools.

  • Money-conscious with an innovative approach.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Please note that this estimate may vary based on individual circumstances.
