Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at MaibornWolff Career. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach and engage with our target audience
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce marketing materials, including social media content and email campaigns
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Foster relationships with followers and clients through engaging content and responsive communication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with ability to craft compelling content and messaging
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and interpreting results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
Benefits
  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary, depending on experience
