Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for increasing the organic reach of our brand image and growing our brand awareness.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our content marketing and social media channels.

You will oversee the management and growth of our social media channels by creating and implementing creative and engaging social media content.

In addition, you will support our thought leaders in generating new ideas to increase their reach and audience, position us as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space, monitor and analyze social media trends, and utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach.

You will also come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies.
  • Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and business proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to produce your own content, particularly in German, and work effectively with our English-speaking content manager.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas.
  • Experience in what drives engagement in a B2B audience.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including social insurance, trust-based work, flexible working hours, well-being days, subsidised gym membership, training and development opportunities, mental health allowance, and regular virtual events and annual team meetups.
