Job Overview
Ramboll is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bid Manager to join our global Wind team. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in coordinating project-specific bid processes and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.

Requirements

You will also need to be proficient in using Ramboll's internal tools and processes, and have a strong understanding of the wind industry and its trends.
