About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our global Wind team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in a related field or applicable disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector, is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected) are essential.
