We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our global Wind team at Ramboll. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Plan, prepare, and compile compelling, well-written, and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication, and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates, and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about the green energy revolution and committed to pushing the boundaries of their professional capabilities. You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team and handle a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and executing successful proposals.
- Applying commercial and technical expertise to support account management and regional commercial activities.
- Fostering efficient team collaborations across the wind division.
