About the Role:

As a Vendor Manager International Key Accounts at Zooplus, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with external vendors to drive business growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing communication with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company while meeting the needs of both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in Contract negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Support in Contract management: Monitoring and enforcing compliance with contract terms, including service level agreements (SLAs), delivery schedules, and pricing agreements.
  • Supplier management: Managing the relationship with the supplier in areas such as promotions, marketing, assortment, and performance analysis.
  • Performance analysis: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margins, inventory turnover, and share to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturer performance.
  • Support in Strategic planning: Developing and implementing long-term strategies or Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with the company's overall objectives, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Assortment planning: Selecting and managing the assortment of products to meet customer demand and drive sales.
  • Pricing and promotion: Working together with the sales and pricing departments to maximize revenue and profitability through the analysis of competitive landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Product lifecycle management: Managing the entire lifecycle of products for the supplier, from introduction to retirement, including new product development, inventory management, and clearance strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, pricing, operations, and finance, to align category strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
