About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Executive to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our Multisport sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners in Italy and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth with assigned retail partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business plans, including assortment definition, sell-in activities, and coordination of seasonal stories.
  3. Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with senior partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans and achieve mutual profitability.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Geographical Mobility: Be prepared for relocation to support business needs and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, buying, procurement, business planning, merchandising, or finance.
  2. Digital and Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of digital, product, retail, and financial planning principles.
  3. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire change and drive business decisions.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  5. Geographical Mobility: Willingness to relocate for business opportunities.
