About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global digital business efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a global team of digital professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform our digital strategy and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a global team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
