Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative in Fashion

As a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in Fashion. You will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls and solving users' demands, maintaining service and product knowledge, and providing response and resolution within SLA.



We're looking for a candidate who is proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English, with a good disposition to work in a customer service environment. You should have customer care skills, ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs, and take ownership of and progress calls to resolution.



We offer a 39-hour/week temporary contract, salary 18,400 euros gross/year + up to 1200 euros gross/year in bonus, good location in Barcelona, bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities, full paid training, and career development programs.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Take incoming customer calls and solve users' demands
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
  • Provide response and resolution within SLA


Requirements:




  • Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
  • Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution
