Customer Service Representative with High Level of Danish Language Skills

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, striving for first-contact resolution. The ideal candidate will have a fluent level of Danish, exceptional grammar and spelling skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador.
- A fluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- High level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- €8,993 gross per year.
