Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Agent with a high level of Danish language skills to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and will be able to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilful and professional way
- Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Offering an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Embracing our company values and acting as a brand ambassador
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
A fluent level of Danish with exceptional grammar and spelling skillsHigh level of English (Both written and spoken)A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceAbility to deal with sensitive calls with empathyStrong administrative skills with a keen eye for detailA professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solvingBenefits
